Application

This product can greatly reduce cold loss and BOG (flash steam) loss, and is suitable for cryogenic pipeline equipment, medium and low temperature pipelines, air coolers/pipes, etc., such as LNG storage and transportation, liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen storage and transportation equipment or transportation pipelines.Aerogel composite foamed polyurethane can be applied to direct buried insulation pipe.Directly buried insulation pipe, also known as "pipe-in-tube", is composed of high-density polyethylene outer protective layer, polyurethane rigid foam plastic insulation material and steel pipe.

It has good mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties, and is usually resistant to high temperatures 120 oC, The aerogel composite foamed polyurethane material can increase its withstand temperature (up to 150 oC), reduce the thermal conductivity of the material, and effectively improve the temperature resistance, thermal insulation effect and mechanical properties of the modified RPUF material.
