Lithium hydroxide monohydrate (LiOH·H2O, CAS 1310-66-3) is a white crystalline, strongly alkaline, water-soluble lithium compound. It is a key precursor for high-nickel lithium-ion cathode materials, lithium-based lubricating greases, and CO2 absorption, and is also used in glass, ceramics, chemical synthesis and pharmaceuticals.
